Hart provides digital certificate of authenticity and provenance tracking services for physical artworks. We also facilitate Artist's Resale Right (ARR) documentation and submission to collecting societies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. You must not use Hart to create fraudulent certificates or misrepresent artwork authenticity.
You retain ownership of your artwork and the information you submit. Hart retains rights to the platform, technology, and certificate verification infrastructure.
Hart provides tools for documentation and verification but does not guarantee artwork authenticity. We are not liable for any disputes regarding artwork ownership or authenticity.
Your certificates use open standards (W3C Verifiable Credentials) and can be exported and verified independently of Hart. Your data is never locked into our platform.
